Hi, I'm Pico — a real estate professional with over 10 years of experience at Fine & Country Portugal and a growing real estate investor.


Over the years, I’ve helped clients buy and sell exceptional houses while also investing in my own properties in Lisbon and Cascais.


After a decade in real estate, I took a two-year family sabbatical in Bali, where I decided to invest and am now building a villa in Uluwatu.


My experience taught me that true property value goes beyond financial investment; it's about location, design, craftsmanship, and long-term potential.

Audit & Strategy Consultant - Deloitte Portugal

Worked in both audit and consulting with major clients including L’Oréal, Central de Cervejas, and Logoplaste.

2010 - 2013

Real Estate Director - Fine&Country Portugal

Led the expansion of the brand, recruiting and training agents to operate in Portugal's prime markets. Specialized in luxury residential sales and international investment.

2013 - 2023

Gap year in Uluwatu, Bali

Took a two-year sabbatical to focus on personal growth, lifestyle, and family. Volunteered with Bali Life Foundation, played padel tournaments, surfed in Uluwatu, and began developing a villa project near Nyang Nyang beach.
